Corporate Whistleblower Center Now Urges A Company Owner with Proof A Competitor Is Importing Products from China In Violation of US Anti-Dumping Rules to Call Them About Rewards and Ending the Flood

The Corporate Whistleblower Center is appealing to a company owner or senior manager to call about rewards if they can prove a US company is colluding with Chinese manufactures to illegally dominate US markets.

"Why sit on a potentially winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it might have been worth? Why allow your company to be destroyed by a Chinese manufacturer?"

    WASHINGTON, DC, March 06, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Corporate Whistleblower Center is urging a company owner or manager anywhere in the nation who can prove their company is being damaged by China flooding US markets with their products to call them anytime at 866-714-6466. If the Chinese products are subject to 'anti-dumping' rules or regulations-there could be significant whistleblower rewards for this type of information. In a recent example a whistleblower with this exact type of information received $1.9-million-dollar reward for exposing a company involved in a tariff-customs duties avoidance scheme with bedroom furniture made in China. http://CorporateWhistleblower.Com

In January 2018 the Department of Justice announced an East Coast based home furnishings company agreed to pay the United States $10.5 million to resolve allegations that it violated the False Claims Act by knowingly making false statements on customs declarations to avoid paying anti-dumping duties on furniture imported from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The United States alleged that between January 2009 and February 2014, the bedroom furniture company evaded antidumping duties owed on wooden bedroom furniture that the company imported from the PRC by knowingly misclassifying the furniture as non-bedroom furniture on its official import documents.

Products that could be subject to US Anti-Dumping laws or regulations could include:

* Furniture

* Steel

* Electrical parts/lighting fixtures

* Forest/Wood Products

* Plumbing parts/fixtures

* Building material

* Auto parts

* Plumbing pipe

The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "If you are a company owner or a senior manager and you can prove a US company is colluding with Chinese manufacturers to get around 'Anti-Dumping' import rules please call us at 866-714-6466. Aside from the potential whistleblower rewards we want to put a stop to the Chinese flooding the US with their frequently low-quality products.

"If you possess well documented information about a US based company that is knowingly dumping Chinese made products into the USA in violation of Anti-Dumping Laws, please call us at 866-714-6466. There is no way Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or any federal agency can stop this huge problem without help. In many instances the rewards for this type of information can be very significant as we would like to discuss. Why sit on a potentially winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it might have been worth? Why allow your company to be destroyed by a Chinese manufacturer?" http://CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you are a major whistleblower. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It's a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower's information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a company or individual to come to come clean about their involvement in a scheme to avoid hefty tariffs on products that are subject to US Anti-Dumping Laws or Regulations. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it's sufficient, we will help find the right law firms to assist in advancing your information."

The Corporate Whistleblower Center is the premier advocate for whistleblowers in the United States. Unlike any group in the US, they can assist a potential whistleblower with packaging their information to make it more valuable and they will provide a whistleblower access to some of the most accomplished whistleblower attorneys in the nation-as long as the whistleblower's information is easy to see and understand.
