"Our state economy grows when employers have the means to train new employees with the skills they need to be successful. Both homegrown and expanding companies have made New Mexico their home because of this remarkable program."

"We are honored that Eagle Automation has decided to expand into our community in New Mexico," said Carlsbad Department of Development Executive Director John Waters, who spoke to state's JTIP committee on the benefits that this expansion would bring to New Mexico. "Incentive programs like JTIP definitely help a company decide to come to our state for expansion rather than states like Texas."
