New Agri Terra Project: EcoVita Country Club to Become Exciting Leisure and Health Destination

330 sites and a sports park offering a range of activities are to be created on an area of over 65 hectares.

ASUNCION, PARAGUAY, May 16, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Asunción, April 10, 2019. Under the umbrella of the Agri Terra Group of Grasbrunn, Munich (Germany), the company CountryPar SA Asunción is developing a one-of-a-kind opportunity with the creation of a new country club facility with a wide range of leisure and sport options on grounds of approximately 24 hectares. A further 65 hectares of the surrounding area offer space for 330 attractive sites. Local table tennis club Spin-Club Asunción is already sporting the logo of the new country club on its kit.

Residents can look forward to a wide range of leisure options
The Agri Terra Group has found anticipation of the project from residents of neighboring towns Nueva Italia and Asunción to be overwhelmingly positive. A glance at the four-page long list of sport options available gives an idea of the scale of and diversity offered by the new facility. In addition to a professional riding facility, tennis courts and soccer, basketball and volleyball pitches will be available. A particular highlight is the lake, several hectares in size, where it is planned to create swimming pools from natural stone. Designed according to specifications by Agri Terra, the EcoVita Country Club is the ideal destination for a weekend escape to nature. With a wide range of activities and natural surroundings, it offers everything for an active and relaxing leisure experience.

Interest in sites from as far away as Europe
There is already huge interest in the 330 sites, according to the Agri Terra Group. As well as local residents, European residents have already reserved sites on the club grounds. For Agri Terra, the closeness of nature and surroundings with mature trees are the essence to the location's appeal, and experience with previous projects has shown that maximum proximity to nature is a major attraction to Paraguay residents. According to the group's articles of association, up to 70% of trees on the grounds must remain intact.
