An advertising executive, Mr. Warrington most recently served as the president, chief executive officer and chairman of Dugan/Farley Communications – a division of Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt – in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, from 1974 to 1998. Prior to this engagement, he contributed as senior vice president and management supervisor for Sudler & Hennessey Inc in New York City between 1972 and 1974. Other appointments to his credit include working as a vice president and an account group supervisor with Dean L. Burdick Associates, Inc., from 1968 to 1972 and serving as a manager of market data systems with Pfizer Laboratories in New York City between 1966 and 1968.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Warrington earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland in 1958. He pursued postgraduate coursework at American University from 1962 to 1963. Additionally, Mr. Warrington is a registered pharmacist.

Civically, Mr. Warrington served in the United States Navy, where he achieved the rank of lieutenant between 1959 and 1964. Locally, he is the chairman of Architectural Control for the Glenriddle Community in Berlin, Maryland. For his accomplishments in the field, he was given the Key to Pharmacy Hall in 2017 and recognized as an Honored Committee Alumnus from the University of Maryland in 1989.
