HEPWORTH, ON, August 31, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dreamers Creative Writing today announced the official launch of the Dreamers Writing Farm in the beautiful Bruce Peninsula. Geared towards writers and readers, the Dreamers Writing Farm offers visitors a uniquely literary glamping experience. Stay in the Dreamers Studio or in one of 3 off-grid bunkies named after Canadian writers: Atwood Bunkie, Munro Bunkie and Wagamese Bunkie. During your stay, visit the Secret Garden in the woods, attend a healing writing workshop, relax in the heated open-air shower, or hang out with Nigerian dwarf goats, the Brothers Grimm: Gus, Gunther and Griffin.

"Whether you're a writer looking for inspiration, or a reader looking for a natural setting where you can unwind, you'll find it here at Dreamers," said Kat McNichol, Editor-in-Chief and Founder of Dreamers Creative Writing. "With its stunning nature reserves, pristine beaches, caves, trails, and the Niagara Escarpment, the Bruce Peninsula is an outdoor paradise and Dreamers is ideally located to enjoy everything it has to offer."

The Dreamers Writing Farm is located in Hepworth, Ontario, Canada, just minutes from multiple Bruce Trail access points. It's only 10 minutes from Sauble Beach, one of the longest freshwater beaches in Canada, and 7 minutes from Wiarton, famous for the weather predicting groundhog, Wiarton Willy. It's also just around the corner from the Sawmill Nordic Centre where you can cross-country ski or snowshoe, down the road from a main South Bruce Peninsula ATV access point, seconds from an OFSC snowmobile trail access point, and it borders the Northern Dunes Golf Club.

The Dreamers Writing Farm is the newest undertaking of Dreamers Creative Writing, which also offers a website and a tri-yearly magazine dedicated to heartfelt writing. Read poems and stories from the heart, plus, get healing writing tips and prompts, discover where to submit your writing, or find locations for some of the world's best writing festivals, workshops and retreats.

We take our name from a lecture published in 1908, called "Creative Writers and Daydreaming" where Freud compared dreaming to art. He writes, "A piece of creative writing, like a daydream, is a continuation of … what was once the play of childhood." Our name also has personal meaning for our Editor-in-Chief and Founder, Kat McNichol. When Kat was a teenager, her dad owned Dreamers Gallery, a small art gallery based in Lion's Head, Ontario.
