Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Ebert pursued his education at Eastern Illinois University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in speech communication and public relations in 1995. He continued his academic efforts at Illinois State University in 1997, graduating with a Master of Science in organizational communication and public relations. He concluded his studies with postgraduate coursework in leadership and performance psychology at the University of the Rockies between 2009 and 2010. Following these accomplishments, Mr. Ebert has been certified in professional human resources since 2011.
Beyond his responsibilities within the human resource field, Mr. Ebert has participated in numerous endeavors outside of professional circles. Serving as a petty officer in the United States Navy in 1993, various community activists and campaigning organizations. In addition, to his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise, including the Society for Human Resource Management since 2006, the Association for Training and Development and the International Coach Federation. In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Ebert was selected for inclusion in the 24th edition of Who's Who in the West.
