Voted as an Outstanding Alumnus by Southern Nazarene University in 1978, she was notably one of three piano teachers in the United States to receive the National Artist Diploma from the National Guild of Piano Teachers. Published in over 30 piano, organ and choral books to date, Ms. Schubert is a noted member of the National Piano Guild Hall of Fame.
