AAM Employees are G.E.M. Award Recipients

Lori Loch-Lee, Jennifer Thomasson and Diana Ebertshauser were Acknowledged for their Excellence in the Community Management Industry from The Arizona Association of Community Managers



    TEMPE, AZ, October 25, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- On October 16, 2019, the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), an Arizona based organization dedicated to promoting the positive understating of the Community Management industry, hosted their 10th Annual Awards luncheon in which three AAM team members earned the highly regarded G.E.M. Awards (Guiding Excellence in Management).

The G.E.M. Awards are an esteemed group of HOA management industry recognitions designed to honor and celebrate the extraordinary effort and commitment of Community Managers and other industry staff who are nominated by their peers and the communities they serve.

The Manager of the Year award categories, On-Site/Large Scale and Portfolio, offer recognition to Community Managers who consistently demonstrate a higher level of professionalism, who go above and beyond for their communities and have mastered the ability to manage successful and thriving HOAs. AAM's On-Site Community Manager Jennifer Thomasson and Portfolio Community Manager Diana Ebertshauser were both awarded Manager of the Year for their respective community type category.

The Instructor of the Year award acknowledges an AACM educational program instructor who is engaging, knowledgeable and inspires professionalism within the industry. AAM's Vice President of Client Services, Lori Loch-Lee, earned this award.
