LONGVIEW, TX, October 31, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ralph F. Pelaia, Jr. is an esteemed law professional who has accumulated an impressive 45 years of practicing experience over his extensive career. Mr. Pelaia is the owner and operator of the Pelaia Law Center. As an attorney, he predominantly works on motor vehicle injuries and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Pelaia holds a B.A. from Villa Nova and received his Juris Doctorates degree in 1973, attending the University of Notre Dame, Indiana; he was proud to have graduated with honors. He has previously practiced in South Florida; here he was integral to assisting the Federal Judges in Florida. He subsequently decided to open Pelaia Law Center in 1975 and in 1987 he made the decision to relocate to Texas and has been supporting the community of Gilmer and Longview ever since.
The Pelaia Law Center has supported a wide variety of individuals since its inception but particularly specializes in wrongful death suits and personal injury cases. It can also offer expert guidance in loss of companionship, medical care, lost wages and pecuniary loss, which widens the reach of this expert practice. Mr. Pelaia is proud to have directly helped many families to secure compensation and resolve ongoing difficulties. Mr. Pelaia always ensures that humanity is prioritized, as it has been key in the success he has cultivated in the field.
To further add to his knowledge and expertise and connect with other law professionals in the area, Mr. Pelaia is an active member of the Florida Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association. Mr. Pelaia has been recognized for his extensive contribution to the field of law as for 5 years consecutively, between 2009-2013, he was named Best Lawyer of East Texas. Furthermore, he was also previously been named one of the Top 100 Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum have both praised his skills in securing settlements and large verdicts. For example, Mr. Pelaia is proud to have secured a more than $10 million verdict for a minor child in Texas.
When not working, Mr. Pelaia enjoys travel, sports and horseback riding.
