Dr. Nina Kelly has been honored as one of America's Most Influential Women by the International Association of Who's Who

Dr. Nina Kelly, of New Orleans, Louisiana has been recognized as one of America's Most Influential Women.



    NEW ORLEANS, LA, November 02, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Nina Kelly, of New Orleans, Louisiana has been recognized as one of America's Most Influential Women by the International Association of Who's Who for her outstanding contributions as a Mythologist, Best Selling Author, Film Producer, Humanitarian, Storyteller, and a Cultural and Arts Activist.

As an avid academic, Dr. Kelly's doctorate was attained from Pacifica Graduate Institute and focused on Mythological Studies and Emphasis in Depth Psychology. Her doctoral research was conducted at Louisiana State Medical in New Orleans, Louisiana, where her work explored reducing the rejection episodes posttransplant implementing the power of stories and images to heal. Following the completion of her dissertation, she released The Lost Heritage, in Psychology at the Threshold.

Dr. Kelly has enjoyed a diverse and spectacular career which has been driven forward by her sense of adventure. She loves learning about other people and cultures, believing that compassion comes from a greater understanding of people's cultures, stories, rituals, beliefs and traditions.

Her interest in the art of healing through stories is what led her to writing "Grace Has A Silent Voice", which respectfully acknowledges the silent heroes and witnessed the resilience of human spirit when faced with tragedy. As her work involved with death and dying patients, she felt immense gratitude at having the opportunity to properly honor the stories that were revealed to her. Her book provides a fascinating insight into the many silent heroes that walk in and out of our life. Their presence leaves an indelible mark that never fails to remind one of the resilience in humanity.

As a multi best-selling author, Dr. Kelly penned Success Mastery, with Jack Canfield, Success Breakthroughs, with Jack Canfield and The Big Question, with Larry King. She has also published, Saving Wednesday's Child, authored by Mark Cave, and personally authored both the introduction and the acknowledgements. Her latest publication is a children's book, Leo Learns a about Life ,which she co-authored with Jack Canfield and other best selling authors.

Dr. Kelly's expertise also extends to films, and she has been the executive producer for several films including, The Voice of a Generation: The life of Larry King, The Emmy award winning, A New Leash on Life: K9 for Warriors, and Dandelion, which was the proud winner of the judge's award and has subsequently been shown at a variety of film festivals. The latest documentary Folds of Honor, which she is an executive producer which premiered September 27, in Hollywood, Ca.

In addition to her many roles, Dr. Kelly is also an esteemed Archetypal Pattern Analyst and Dream Pattern Analyst. This part of her skillset was completed through the Assisi International Institute and led to the publication of "Weaving Story into the Web".

Enthused to share her passion for performing arts, Dr. Kelly has served as the president/CEO of the New Orleans Opera Association, the Vice- President of the Shreveport Opera Association and the President of Southern Repertory Theatre, the Chair of Loyola University School of Music Visiting Committee. She has also upheld the role of President/CEO of the Children's Bureau, in addition to various board positions for non-profit organizations.

Dr. Kelly has dedicated her life to championing the power of storytelling as a means of expression. She believes that sharing stories which come from the heart can provide deep healing to both the listener and the storyteller. She recently embarked on a speaking tour called 'Success Live Tour" which included speaking to entrepreneur students at High Point University and to an audience at Broadway's Samuel F Friedman theatre and finally, The Thought Leadership Summit, in Hollywood, Ca. this September.

Looking back at her outstanding career to date, Dr. Kelly is incredibly thankful to the support of her son Barry James, daughter Wendy, and her granddaughter Morgan and the little ones Madeleine, Hudson, and Lark, who remind her about the importance of imagination of life, and to the numerous friends and mentors and professors who have guided her through her life. These included mentors and professors at Pacifica Graduate Institute, Dr. Stephen Aizenstat founder of Pacific Graduate Institute, Dr. Michael Conforti, founder of Assisi International Institute, Dr. James Caillier, Jack Canfield, JW Dicks, Nick Nanton, DNA Agency staff,, composer , Dame Thea Musgrave. In addition, musician Allen Toussaint told Nina to never waste a day and maestro Klauspeter Seibel advised her to always keep her heart open to hear the music. There are too many people to name but she would like to finally acknowledge Dr. Francisco Gonzalez who was an incredible mentor to her life.
