Prior to co-founding his firm, Mr. McLawhorn gained valuable expertise as an attorney with Pierce Law Group PLLC and as a welding instructor at Pitt Community College.
In 2008, Mr. McLawhorn earned an Associate of Science in welding technology from Pitt Community College. Subsequently, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in geography from East Carolina University in 2012 before obtaining a Doctor of Jurisprudence from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2018. Mr. McLawhorn retains his professional alignment with the 10th Judicial District, the Wake County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association in order to remain aware of changes in the field.
Devoted to his community, Mr. McLawhorn contributes as a volunteer at numerous local soup kitchens and by utilizing his legal skills in a pro-bono capacity.
