In 1999, Mr. Schiff co-founded his first business, OutlookSoft (now a part of SAP) as the chief executive officer in Stamford, Connecticut.

A native of New York, Mr. Schiff attended the State University of New York, from which he acquired a Bachelor of Science in biology in 1977. Having planned to pursue a medical degree, he was required to pursue either mathematics or a computer science course while seeking his bachelor's degree. His decision to study computer science changed the trajectory of Mr. Schiff's career and he instead decided to focus on computers and software as a future career goal. He later studied at Fordham University where he attained a Master of Business Administration in finance in 1987.
A community leader for many years, Mr. Schiff excelled as the president of Majestic Tenants Corporation from 1982 to 1996. Today, he has served as a treasurer for Victoria Community, Inc. since 2013. Mr. Schiff has worked diligently to create highly satisfied clients and has enabled the organizations he has led to receive numerous service awards. His company, BPM Partners, has also been featured in dozens of articles for its many successes over the years. Named Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Mr. Schiff is also a celebrated Marquis listee who has been included in the 50th edition of Who's Who in America.
