Upon arrival, she received an opportunity to work at DREAMS Magazine as the Editorial Manager. One year later at the age of only 24, Ms. Friberg ascended to become the publication's Editor-In-Chief.
Ms. Friberg attributes her success to hard work and being unafraid of trying new things. Learning nearly all her professional skills through self-teaching as she progressed, her willingness to accept many roles at a given time has helped her accumulate skills in all aspects of business. According to Ms. Friberg, the most important skills she possesses are her ability to be very organized and task-oriented while manifesting her vision of the final product and making it come to life.
Notably, Ms. Friberg is also the Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Give-Mentor-Love Foundation, an organization of volunteers serving Los Angeles County youths and young adults in-crisis, at risk, homeless or in foster care, and victims of human and sex trafficking. Give-Mentor-Love partners with the Los Angeles County Bureau of Specialized Response Services for Commercially Sexually Exploited Children, Learning Works and Victor Treatment Center.
