SAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 14, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- CT3 (https://www.ct3education.com), a San Francisco-based educational training company that coaches leaders on transforming school culture and raising student achievement, will conduct a series of workshops designed for school principals, instructional coaches and their leadership teams. The workshops will take place in three locations: May 28th-29th (Cincinnati-Butler County Office of Education); June 9th-10th (Atlanta-Ronald E. McNair Middle School); and June 25th-26th (Washington, DC-Alice Deal Middle School).

"We organize and lead these workshops to provide school leadership teams with actionable strategies and tools they can put to use in their schools immediately," says Kristyn Klei Borrero, Ed.D., CEO and co-founder, CT3.

Effective Hands-On Instruction
The training sessions will build on an essential topic: how leaders can develop collective teacher efficacy to ensure an empowered staff, a nurturing school community and academic achievement for all students. Instructors will share the basics of No-Nonsense Nurturer® Leadership, a research-validated method for classroom and school management.

In addition, the workshops will provide a leadership framework that promotes thinking and challenges mindsets; a collaborative, safe space to discuss and apply CT3's research-based field-tested strategies, which lead to a more positive school culture and climate; and solutions that enable better results and improved outcomes in less time.

A participant from last year's Leadership Workshop remarked, "This was by far the best leadership professional development I have experienced in my career as a principal. I appreciate the care and attention the team made to ensure that I was pushed, supported and encouraged along my leadership pathway."

Workshop pricing is $800 for individuals, $750 per person for two to five people and $700 per person for six-plus people. Registration includes materials, light breakfast and lunch. Attendees are responsible for hotel and transportation. To register, visit https://bit.ly/36m8BmH.
