He was subsequently admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1977 and Florida in 1990. Mr. Walk is likewise certified to render real estate legal services by the Florida Bar.

Moreover, Mr. Walk had flourished as the president of the Palm Beach County Regional Office of American Jewish Committee, for which he is still a board member. A former chairman of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, the Continuing Legal Education Real Estate and Business Law Committees for the Palm Beach County Bar Association, he was also formerly associated with the Temple of Judea of Palm Beach County as a secretary and trustee. An avid runner, Mr. Walk has jogged in more than 25 marathons, including 11 Boston Marathons. In the 2015 Boston Marathon, he placed 16,655 out of a field of 30,251 runners. For his age group of 60 to 64 year-old males, Mr. Walk impressively placed 359 out of 1,043.
