Conti received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Pace University, New York state, in 1989. He is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (1995-2002) and a qualifying life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (2003-2007). He has received a number of professional awards, including the National Quality Award (1993-2007), and the National Sales Achievement Award (NSA 1993-2006).
In addition, he serves as an active member of several national and local charitable and cultural organizations, such as the American Cancer Society, the Boy Scouts of America, the National Arts Club, the Columbus Citizens Foundation and the Knights of Columbus where he is a fourth degree member.
