Robert Berbenich represents clients on complex litigation matters and catastrophic injury cases, with a focus on construction accident litigation, transportation, premises liability, and products liability. He represents some the largest construction companies in the industry; major trucking, bus, and limousine companies; one of the largest commuter railroads in the world; and numerous municipalities and incorporated villages across Long Island.
Matthew Libroia is an experienced trial attorney who focuses on general liability defense, construction, motor vehicle, and premises litigation. Before entering private practice, he gained valuable trial experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County.

He is also experienced in handling insurance coverage disputes and suspect/fraudulent insurance claims. He has represented some of the largest carriers in the world in arbitration, declaratory judgment actions, and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act civil suits.
Jamie Prisco has extensive experience defending large construction companies, national retailers, and municipal entities and incorporated villages on Long Island. She has handled high-exposure cases dealing with catastrophic injuries, complex contractual agreements, and insurance coverage issues. Her background includes working as in-house counsel for a major insurance company and interning at the U.S Attorney's Office.
