Mr. Graber established his own practice in 2007, after seven years of honing his skills as a public defender in Florida and as an associate attorney at Peeler, McGary & Zopff, LPA. He practices in criminal law and probate law and is responsible for handling wills, domestic and family cases, civil matters, estate administration, DUI/OVI defense, and suits on behalf of small businesses. As a solo practitioner, Mr. Graber believes that the most vital issues affecting his profession today are getting people to realize how important it is to retain legal counsel and finding ways to make these services affordable for everyone. He attributes his success to discipline and hard work, and plans to continue utilizing these traits as he pursues his goals for the future, which include growing his practice.

A former New York State Regents and Michael Kostecky Memorial scholar, Mr. Graber obtained his JD from the University of Dayton in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from SUNY Buffalo in 1994.
