Between 2012 and 2015, he managed nearly $2.4 billion in spending responsibility, supervised a team of 7,000 employees with more than 1,000 professionals in 72 countries, and achieved 8% direct cost reduction in total supply chain cost, manufacturing footprint and manufacturing cost optimization. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable expertise in management and cost reduction as the senior vice president of strategic sourcing for Campofrio, vice president of global sourcing for Alstom Power, industrial performance director at Matra Automobile and business process internal consultant with General Electric Plastics. Over the years, Mr. Sebban has also flourished as factory plant manager for General Electric Plastics, stress analyst for Airbus Industry and an aircraft pilot for Air & Compagnie.
An expert in his field, Mr. Sebban earned a Bachelor of Engineering from London Polytechnic in 1989. Two year later, he obtained a Master of Science from Cranfield Institute before graduating with a Master of Business Administration at INSEAD in 2005. Additionally, Mr. Sebban is certified as Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Kaizen & Lean instructor.
Devoted to his community, Mr. Sebban contributes to those in need as a volunteer teacher at Paris University. For his extensive expertise, he accepted a Six Sigma Award in 1997 and was nominated as Manager of the Year by Challenge Magazine in 2008.
