In 1997, Ms. Hernandez began her career focusing on personal injury cases and general litigation matters as a legal secretary and paralegal for Sparler & Sparler, P.A. Thereafter in 2000, she found success with a legal specialist recruiting and staffing company providing her with comprehensive background in a wide variety of areas. In 2002, she was employed with Ellis & Ged, P.A. of Boca Raton, with which she also assisted in the firm's immigration law practice. From 2003 until 2008, she served as a paralegal for the Law Offices of Varner & Sagan, P.A., working with insurance companies and mediators throughout the trial and litigation process in diverse personal injury, worker's compensation and family law suits. Ms. Hernandez would dedicate the next five years of her professional ventures in the office of Grossman Attorneys at Law, diversifying her practice to include medical malpractice, social security disability, products liability as well as Defense Base Act and maritime law matters.
In 2014, Ms. Hernandez accepted a position with Hicks, Motto & Erlich, P.A. as a pre-litigation paralegal to assist in the preparation and discovery process of the practice's personal injury cases. She departed from the firm the following year, contributing in a pre-litigation and litigation support role with Freeman Injury Law until 2017. She also held a legal assistant position with Advocates USA and Larmoyeux & Bone, P.A. Additionally, Ms. Hernandez is familiar with criminal cases, sexual assault and sexual harassment matters as well as probate matters.
In 2019, Ms. Hernandez was a legal assistant and accounting clerk for Rosenbaum, PLLC. At Rosenbaum, PLLC, she was responsible for invoicing and processing the firm's billing and procedures. In addition to her primary responsibilities, she supported attorneys in the preparation and organization of legal documents for Homeowner's Associations and other community organization processes.
