Mr. Lynch was a competitive athlete in high school in all sports and was a baseball pitcher on an American Legion state championship baseball team. At the University of Notre Dame he was a baseball pitcher and a sparring partner for an eventual Chicago Golden Gloves boxing champion. After attending the University of Notre Dame and earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the Southern Methodist University, he decided to pursue a career in the field of law. Mr. Lynch graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from SMU Dedman School of Law and was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Texas in 1975. Mr. Lynch has handled significant litigation matters in jury trials throughout the state of Texas, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Louisiana and New Mexico. He has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, all of the U. S. District Courts in Texas and the U.S. District Courts in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Louisiana and Texas and in the state courts in Colorado, Connecticut, New Mexico and Texas. He is admitted to practice in Texas, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. Court of Claims, U.S. Tax Court. And the U.S Supreme Court.

Mr. Lynch's career began as an associate at Maloney, Milner & McDowell, then a partner at Vial Hamilton Koch Knox &Tubb, then as a partner at Gardere & Wynne and finally as the principal attorney at the Lynch Law Firm in 1992. Mr. Lynch has also offered his expertise in his career as a testifying legal expert witness, as an adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy and a legal writing instructor at the SMU Dedman School of Law.

Moreover, Mr. Lynch was also a member of the legal assistant advisory committee at El Centro Community College. As a respected voice in his field, he has contributed numerous chapters to professional books and participated in many industry seminars. Mr. Lynch was previously recognized among the Outstanding Young Men of America.

Throughout his accomplished career, Mr. Lynch has been proud of his loyal client base and has enjoyed the competitiveness of his career as trial lawyer. He has always developed the majority of his legal business through his reputation and from people who have seen him in action during trials or who have been former opponents. Most notably, he has handled many multi-million dollars cases across broad spectrum of business ranging from oil and gas to securities sports athletes, litigation, aviation, auto and trucking industry, malpractice, product liability and family law. Mr. Lynch's grandfather was a lawyer in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Lynch's father, Walter F Lynch, Jr., was also listed in Marquis Who's Who.

As a dedicated member of his community, Mr. Lynch has served as an election inspector for general elections in Dallas and as chairman of the board of deacons of Casa Linda Presbyterian Church. He was also a member of the Addison Rotary Club, where he led fund raising activities for the benefit of Bryan's House, a pediatric AIDS center in Dallas resulting in nearly raising nearly $250,000 for Ryan's House. Professionally, Mr. Lynch maintains his affiliation with the Texas Bar Foundation, the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, the American Board of Trial Advocates and many other legal associations.
