She has been involved in numerous real estate transactions in all price points from small condos to multi-million dollar residential developments. As an associate real estate broker by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Ms. Adra is also a licensed realtor in Washington D.C. and Maryland.
In December 2019, Ms. Adra joined Compass Real Estate as a realtor and associate broker in the McLean office. Prior to that, she has served as a realtor and associate broker for Long and Foster Real Estate since 1994. She also worked as a marketing and sales consultant for a trophy new condo project in Beirut, Lebanon from 2010 to 2011 and a sales associate at AGS Realty in Washington, D.C. from 1989 to 1994. In the early 1980s, Ms. Adra was active as an insurance consultant with Cedars Brokerage Consultants and a marketing manager at La Phenicienne Insurance Company based in Lebanon.
With her professional experience, Ms. Adra received a Bachelor of Arts in business management from the Lebanese American University in 1981. She is continuously investing in her education, training and technology to improve her skills and the level of service she provides to her clients. Ms. Adra is fluent in multiple languages which makes her approachable to clients from around the world, and she has participated in many global real estate conferences, which gives her an edge among her peers.
Ms. Adra has been consistently recognized for her sales performance and has closed more than $250 million in sales. Ranking among the top realtors in her office and the top one percent nationwide by the Realty Alliance, she was recognized among the Best Real Estate Agents by the Washingtonian Magazine in their "Best of Washington" issue in 2015, 2018, 2019 & 2020. Ms. Adra has been consistently recognized as a Top Producer by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors since 2012.
Influenced by her father, a builder, and her brother, an architect, Ms. Adra wanted to combine what she witnessed and loved in her youth with her marketing skills. Upon her arrival to the United States, she realized real estate was a regulated profession and knew it would support her and her family well. She attributes her success to her invested time and hard work.
