TAMPA, FL, October 23, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- B+E CEO Camille Renshaw will address the Tampa Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) meeting on October 28th at noon EST on the "The Future of Commercial Real Estate – PropTech."
The virtual meeting will take a deep dive into "PropTech" -- the use of technology in real estate, how it's advancing during the pandemic, and how real estate professionals can benefit from it in their own business. The B+E Seller Dashboards is the first of its kind, and will efficiently manage the disposition process in an online environment, tailored especially for single-tenant net lease sellers. It provides real-time marketing statistics and analytics, easy to follow tools to keep sales on track and on time, and multi-asset sale functionality to achieve optimum pricing either individually, or as a portfolio.
