Prior to founding her institution and parlaying her expertise to others as a consultant, Ms. Henderson gained valuable expertise in the field as a therapeutic counselor and case manager with Heritage Child Inc. and as an administrator with Baber Child Facility. During the early years of her career, she worked in managerial roles with Aloe International Royal Family and Gary Communication School Corporation. Although her career has been filled with highlights, she is especially proud of working with children with special needs and developing a program that helped them go to college.
Before embarking on her professional journey, Dr. Henderson earned a Bachelor of Science in organizational management from Calumet College of Saint Joseph. From there, she received a Master of Education from Cambridge College, and a Doctorate in Theology from G.M.O.R. Theological Seminary. She is an ordained elder and was honored through the National Association for Female Executives & Cambridge's Who's Who. Drawing on her religious background, she authored a book called D.I.B.B.L.E: Do It Blissfully Before Leaving Earth.
