Tabitha Kucharczyk Presented with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis Who's Who

Ms. Kucharczyk has been endorsed by Marquis Who's Who as a leader in the field of real estate

RAEFORD, NC, January 08, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Tabitha Kucharczyk with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Ms. Kucharczyk celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

After several successful years in retail advertising with Florida Today Communications in Melbourne, Ms. Kucharczyk transitioned into real estate. She was hired as a broker and realtor with ERA Strother Real Estate, as well as the lead transaction coordinator for Tropical Realty & Investments of Brevard Inc. Presently, Ms. Kucharczyk represents Keller Williams Realty Inc., a highly recognizable real estate agency. In this capacity, she focuses on real estate sales, specifically dealing with the listings that others will not. She has also been active on her company's Agent Leadership Council as a member and former social chairperson.

As a military relocation specialist, Ms. Kucharczyk oversees a small team of professionals, ensuring that every client is well taken care of. In the coming years, she plans to expand her group so that she can focus more of her time delegating and less time listing and showing homes. Her commitment to the community at large has also become more prevalent in recent years. To wit, she served as an FRG leader, treasurer and battalion secretary on behalf of her husband's military unit. As a proud army wife and mother of three, Ms. Kucharczyk connects well with others who face the odd hours and demands of the military. She values families and all that they go through in finding the best schools and other resources that they all need to make their lives happy and reproductive. She is very thorough in all that she does, and her dedication and passion always shines through. She is also involved in her children's school and sports. In addition to coaching soccer and t-ball and sponsoring various youth sports teams, she volunteered with Adopt-a-School as the organization's public relations chairperson. In previous years, she was affiliated with the Sigma Kappa Sorority, the Heart of North Carolina Food Harvest Bank, and the local chapters for Habitat for Humanity and the Ronald McDonald House.

An alumnus of the University of Illinois, Ms. Kucharczyk received a Bachelor of Science in advertising in 2004. Her success in real estate has earned her recognition. She accepted the Top Producing Individual Agent Award in 2018 and 2019, the USAA Top Agent for Going Above and Beyond, a Customer Service Award and recognition among Fayetteville's 40 Under 40 Most Influential People. In 2020, she was presented with the Fayetteville Observer Readers' Choice Award in the category of "Best Realtor," as well as featured in the special October "Faces of Fayetteville Real Estate" edition of Cityview Magazine and nominated for Top Real Estate Agent of the Year. While working as a retail sales advertising executive for a Gannett Newspaper in Florida known as Florida Today, she accepted the Sales Executive of the Year Award in 2006. For her volunteer work as a military spouse, Ms. Kucharczyk was honored with an Iron Mike Award for over 500 hours of community service, and the Molly Pitcher Award. Along with her family, she was also nominated as one of the top five families of the year for the recognition of Fort Bragg Family of the Year in 2018.

There are several factors that have played a role in Ms. Kucharczyk's success. Her upbringing and being a child that moved around often shaped her into a well-rounded person who is updatable in most circumstances. Additionally, she prides herself on being a hard worker and a person who doesn't take "no" for an answer.

According to Ms. Kucharczyk, her mother is by far the most influential person in her life, walking away from a bad marriage that was financially stable to do what was best for her and her daughter. She worked an 8-5 office job all day, then bartended late at night to make ends meet as a single mother for seven years. Their first apartment was a one bedroom with no air conditioning and she gave the bed and room to her daughter while she slept on the couch. She fought hard to get where she is and is now financially stable, owning her own business and happily remarried, living on five acres in Florida. Ms. Kucharczyk says if anyone taught her about life struggles, fighting to overcome, standing strong, and not giving up, it is her.

Another mentor in her life was her cousin Ricky. She looked up to him because he was intelligent, a good role model, seemed to always do right, and had been there for her to talk to when she was young. He also taught her to ride a bike and encouraged her to always do well in school, also influencing what university she wanted to attend by the age of 11, because that is where he was attending. She never gave up on that dream and graduated from there 10 years later.

In the coming years, Ms. Kucharczyk would like to see her team continue to grow and develop. Additionally, she would like to continue to grow her team by adding more licensed agents working directly under her. Ultimately, her goal would be to take a step back from the hands on work of showing homes and listing homes, and act more as the chief executive officer by delegating and overseeing the business. In doing so, it should allow Ms. Kucharczyk to give time back to her family who have sacrificed, and yet have always been supportive of her as she grew her real estate career over the last 11 years, and will hopefully also allow time for more travel, which is one of Ms. Kucharcyzk's most passionate hobbies. She hopes her legacy is reflective of her impeccable customer service, and that she is recognized as a person who was selfless and helpful in all situations.
