A renowned voice teacher, vocal coach, arranger and singer, Ms. Bagley has drawn worldwide acclaim for her expertise. Over the past three decades, she has forged a reputation for excellence working in opera and musical theater, as well as with cabarets and orchestras. Ms. Bagley's extensive portfolio includes collaborating with celebrities, including Grammy and Tony winners, and becoming recognized in film, television and the recording industry in higher education instructing the next generation of performers.

Presently teaching at Long Island University (LIU) as an associate professor of voice and music theory instructor since 2017, Ms. Bagley is also an adjudicator for the NATS National Music Theatre Competition. Likewise, she is a voice instructor at Music Academy International, a leading festival in Europe that provides training and performance opportunities for young artists and performers. Ms. Bagley notably established the Priscilla Bagley Voice Studio in Orlando, Florida, and was the director of the Dramatic Institute of Vocal Arts Inc., a voice studio in Winter Park, Florida, where she now serves as the president.

Ms. Bagley previously taught as an adjunct professor of voice at the University of Central Florida between 2005 and 2008. She was also a master class clinician at the Robert Woods Academy in Lakeland, Florida, Palotti High School in Lauren, Maryland, and the High School of Performing Arts in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Throughout her professional career, she has sung in numerous operas, including I Pagliacci and La Traviata. She was a vocal supervisor for numerous events, including Joyce Jackson's Guide to Dating, and a vocal arranger for ABC's Nashville. Ms. Bagley also contributed her expertise as a creative consultant for Side By Side.

Born in Maryland, Ms. Bagley later studied at Loyola University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in music in 1990. Continuing her studies, she received a Master of Fine Art in music history and literature, summa cum laude, at LIU in 1994. While studying on Long Island, Ms. Bagley drew much of her inspiration from Alexander Dashnaw, her choral conductor, and the first great musician under which she had the pleasure to learn. Contributing to her field, Ms. Bagley is a master class clinician of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. She is also a former opera chairperson for the Florida Federation of Music Clubs.

In 1998, Ms. Bagley was awarded with a Young Artist Award from the Pinellas Opera League. She also received a Distinguished Teacher in the Arts Award from the Florida Federation of Music Clubs and a Distinguished Teacher in the Arts Award from Coca-Cola Company. A celebrated Marquis listee, she has been cited in the 62nd and 63rd editions of Who's Who' in America and the 27th edition of Who's Who of American Women.
