Caitlin Hopkins Celebrated for Dedication to the Field of Law

Ms. Hopkins specializes in Workers' Compensation with Goldberg Segalla



    GARDEN CITY, NY, March 18, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Caitlin Hopkins has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Following in the footsteps of several family members, Ms. Hopkins pursued a career in law, culminating in her current role as an associate with Goldberg Segalla. At Goldberg Segalla, Ms. Hopkins defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation litigation throughout New York State.

Before taking a new position at Goldberg Segalla, she worked for Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP specialized in employment discrimination, wage and hour litigation, and traditional labor and employment law cases. Ms. Hopkins also conducted research in relation to the Fair Labor Standards Act and Federal Rule 23 class action litigation, in addition to drafting various documents for the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Opportunity Employment Securities.

Ms. Hopkins initially gained valuable expertise with Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP as a summer associate in 2017, during which time she also found success as a legal intern for Kern Augustine PC. Over the years, she also excelled as a legal intern for the New York State Division of Human Rights. Ms. Hopkins previously served as a legal assistant with Turley Redmond Rosasco & Rosasco, LLP.

In pursuit of her aspirations, Ms. Hopkins earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology and intelligence and securities studies from Franklin Pierce University in 2014. Subsequently, she obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2018 and was admitted to the New York State Bar Association the following year. Additionally, she is currently pending admission to practice before the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Looking toward the future, Ms. Hopkins intends to remain active at Goldberg Segalla, expanding upon her considerable legal knowledge and assume a mentorship role with up-and-coming attorneys.
