At Electronic Data Systems, Mr. Lubinski flourished as an Advanced Business Analyst from 1998 to 2001, a Senior Information Security Analyst between 1994 and 1998, and as a Technical Writer, Technical Training Specialist, and an Operations Technical Analyst from 1990 until 1994. He began his career as an Auditor for the Allegheny County Controllers Office at the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport, and progressed to Passenger Services Agent for Eastern Airlines, Inc., eventually joining the management team in the International Arrivals Division of Eastern Airlines from 1974 until 1990. Mr. Lubinski has earned certification in SharePoint Basics, ITIL Basics, SAP, Six Sigma, and in all roles of the Department of Veterans Affairs PIV system.
Prior to embarking on his professional path, Mr. Lubinski pursued an education at Franklin and Marshall College, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Mathematics. He later earned a Master of Arts in Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in 1975. Recognized as a leader in his field, Mr. Lubinski contributes as a resource for the conformance of artifacts to current Section 508 Standards, as the Chairperson of the Documentation Style Guide Committee and as a member of the Office of Information and Technology Documentation Standards Committee to provide directives and a guide for best practices for Technical Writers at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
