ALBUQUERQUE, NM, March 23, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Level 99 Games is proud to announce an upcoming Kickstarter Project to reprint their hit board game Empyreal: Spells & Steam, on Kickstarter. The new Kickstarter Project is scheduled to go live on April 6th, 2021, and will run for approximately 3 weeks.
Empyreal: Spells & Steam is a railway-building game set in a diverse fantasy world. The players are railway magnates working to build across the world and unite magical resources with the cities that demand them. Along the way, the players will develop new technologies and hire specialists who will assist them in out-building and out-strategizing opponents.
Launched last year to great critical acclaim, Empyreal quickly became a highly rated game and was sought after by collectors and hobby gamers alike. The initial, limited release sold out soon after launch, and Empyreal has been hard to find ever since.
The new Kickstarter project will allow fans who missed the original release to acquire Empyreal: Spells & Steam and all products in its line, including an expansion titled "As Above, So Below" and an optional deluxe edition upgrade kit, which features upgraded player boards and additional plastic resource tokens.
Owners of the first printing can join the project to receive a mini-expansion entitled "Far Corners", which adds new destinations that players may explore as they build across the continent and new specialists to hire.
The project is anticipated to deliver games to backers during the spring of 2022.
