D, with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Dr. Rogerson celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. Well regarded for her role as curriculum designer for human resource, and research subjects, Dr. Rogerson has taught at Briar Cliff University since 2007. An expert in organizational development, she previously worked for many nonprofit and governmental organizations, including Native American advocacies, where she gained recognition for her incredible fundraising strategies. Dr. Rogerson also spent a decade at Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs as a veterans' certification officer and career development specialist.

Apart from teaching, Dr. Rogerson has been an external consultant for White Bison, Inc., a Native American nonprofit organization, since 1988. In her role there, she has applied her grant writing skills to bring in nearly $8 million in grants for the organization. Dr. Rogerson's fundraising efforts have enabled the organization to develop and distribute prevention and recovery training materials throughout the reservation and urban Native American communities in the United States and Canada.

Entering academia in 1997, Dr. Rogerson was acquired by Colorado Technical University as an adjunct professor. She was later promoted to chair the Human Resource Management Department, where she designed and taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate level human resource management courses. She also designed and taught health care administration courses, designed student training manuals, wrote grants, designed and taught Qualitative Data Analysis for the doctoral program, and supervised doctoral candidates with their research. Dr. Rogerson's work at Colorado Tech spanned over 20 years.

As a respected businessperson, Dr. Rogerson was influential on the board of directors and the advisory board for Workout Ltd. She founded a non-profit corporation to assist women in transitioning to management roles. The Network Exchange for Women served Colorado Springs for 24 years. She also served as a secretary for the Board Directors at Rock Ledge Ranch Living History Association. As a leader in her community, Dr. Rogerson serves on the board of directors for several nonprofit organizations close to her heart.

Dr. Rogerson acquired a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Colorado in 1971 and a Master of Arts in 1978. Continuing her studies, she subsequently earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Development and Human Resources Development at the University of Northern Colorado in 1989. Dr. Rogerson has been bestowed with several accolades, including a Powerful Women Award from the Federal Women Program, a Rock Ledge Ranch Living History Association Award and a Vision Award from the ASTD.

To remain active in her profession, Dr. Rogerson has maintained involvement with several key organizations. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives, the American Association of Counseling and Development, and the American Evaluation Association. Dr. Rogerson is also a past advisory board member of the Colorado Employment Counselors Association, a former vice president of programming of the Administrative Management Society and a past president of the Pikes Peak chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
