An esteemed attorney of over four decades who specializes in education, appellate and labor relations, Mr. Keiner spent several years working for Biddle and Hamilton in Sacramento, California, before going into his own private practice in 1992. He was later an adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific in the McGeorge School Law during 2012. Mr. Keiner has also written extensively, contributing articles to the Pacific Law Review, and BYU Journal of Public Law in his area of expertise.
