After initially earning a Bachelor of Arts in business with a focus on real estate, finance and business law from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2016, Mr. Ankier obtained a law degree from New York Law School in 2019. Upon his graduation, he was appointed as a law clerk at Rella and Associates in Sleepy Hollow. The following year, Mr. Ankier advanced to become an associate attorney with the aforementioned law firm and has since developed a wealth of expertise in cases related to social security disability and workers' compensation.

Mr. Ankier has flourished at Rella and Associates throughout the past three years. He attributes a great deal of his success to mentorship from Gerarda Rella, who originally established the firm as a solo practitioner in 1992. Mr. Ankier is particularly proud of a recent case in which he successfully overturned a previous material misrepresentation ruling and restored his client's benefits as a result.

As the son of two lawyers, Mr. Ankier was also inspired by his parents' devotion to protecting the rights of their clients. His parents even told him that he exhibited a talent for winning arguments at an early age, which played a major role in his decision to attend law school. In his spare time, Mr. Ankier enjoys marathon running, basketball, pickleball and sneaker collecting.
