Cassandra Clemens Named Director of Recruitment and Selection by Northwestern Mutual in Chesterfield, MO

As director of recruitment and selection, Clemens will be part of a local network office that offers a wide array of products for life, disability income and long-term care insurance, annuities, and brokerage and advisory services. She will help draw individuals of exceptional talent, drive and ability to the company's career opportunities.

Clemens joins Northwestern Mutual with a wealth of experience after spending seven years in human resources with AAA. Based in Missouri, she covered a large territory from Southern California to Maine with an expertise in onboarding, content creation and training implementation for new sales agents.
