Elizabeth Zeller Mitchell graduated from the University of Georgia, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2003. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2006 from the University of Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. After becoming a member of both the State Bar Associations of Florida and Georgia, she started her legal career with consumer bankruptcy law. She spent five years working for various high-volume consumer bankruptcy firms. But, in 2013, she, along with her law partner and friend, Maria Leontini Bournakis, decided to form Bournakis & Mitchell, P.C.
Maria Leontini Bournakis has a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in Government and Spanish and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. She moved to Georgia in 2008 and began her career in bankruptcy law soon after. Several years of experience within the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court system makes her uniquely able to assist her clients with a bankruptcy filing. In addition to English, Maria Leontini Bournakis also speaks Spanish and Greek.
Randall Carver graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Economics in 2005 and obtained his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2008. Since then, he has concentrated his practice on consumer bankruptcy where he worked for one of Atlanta's largest consumer bankruptcy firms managing their Rome division.
