Haggerty brings a unique perspective to injury cases because he previously worked as a defense attorney representing large insurance companies and corporations. He has an insider's perspective on how insurance companies fight injury claims, and he uses this to his clients' advantage.

A native of Albany, Ga., Haggerty earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Valdosta State University in 2013. He earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 2017. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Dougherty Judicial Circuit Bar Association.

Haggerty serves on the board of the Artesian City Sertoma Club as parliamentarian. He also earned recognition as part of the Albany Chamber of Commerce 40 under 40 for 2019.

In his spare time, Haggerty enjoys golfing, hunting, reading, and hanging out with friends and family.
