As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

A fifth generation Alaskan, Ms. Holdiman has been greatly inspired by her family's heritage, having hailed from the Rivers family that aided in founding and settling Anchorage, Alaska. Drawing equal influence from her parents, David and Patricia Holdiman, as well as Troy and Tina Smith, all of whom supported and encouraged her through their own sacrifices, she proudly holds her Alaskan roots and heritage near and dear to her personal and professional identity. Moreover, Ms. Holdiman adopted many valuable lessons from her parents and mentors, including taking responsibility for her own actions, making necessary preparations for her aspirations and having the courage to adapt to any challenge in her path.

Having fostered an interest in becoming an employment attorney after her participation in a mock trial event during the fourth grade, Ms. Holdiman eventually pursued an education at the University of Nevada, Reno, from which she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Political Science, in 2017. During this time, she was appointed as the president of the Management and Human Resources Association, a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the chairperson for a mock trial educational fundraising event. Additionally, Ms. Holdiman earned distinction as the Business College Club's Member of the Year from 2016 to 2017.

Ms. Holdiman subsequently concluded her academic efforts in the School of Law at Gonzaga University, graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence, summa cum laude, in 2020. Over the course of her legal studies, she was selected for inclusion on the Dean's List between 2017 and 2020, acknowledged as a finalist in the 2017 Client Counseling Competition, recruited as a team leader for the Civil Rights Moot Court Competition in 2018 and 2019 and became the president for both the Animal Defense Club and the Moot Court Honors Council. Furthermore, Ms. Holdiman was presented with CALI Awards for Employment Discrimination, Legal Research and Writing I, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Wills and Trusts.

While she refined her knowledge through higher education, Ms. Holdiman supported herself and refined her practical work skills in a number of professional roles. She began her career as a rental sales agent and an administrative assistant to the management team with Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group between 2010 and 2019, a tenure in which she trained employees, crafted policies and gained valuable experience in human resources. Ms. Holdiman subsequently served as a law clerk with Winston & Cashatt in Spokane, Washington from 2019 to 2020, through which she developed her skills in legal research, oral arguments and formal discovery.

Since 2021, Ms. Holdiman has excelled as an associate with Littler Mendelson PC in Seattle, the world's largest employment management defense side firm. In this capacity, she represents corporate clients in employment litigation in state and federal court in addition to administrative hearings. Notably, she has recently assisted in mediation that resulted in the early settlement of a multi-million dollar wage and hour class action suit. Likewise, she advises management and human resources representatives on employment law issues ranging from diversity and inclusion initiatives to equal employment opportunity policies, wage and hour policies and investigatory procedures, among others. Ms. Holdiman's additional responsibilities include drafting dispositive motions for trial courts, arbitration and administrative hearings, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and assisting with evidence collection.

Ms. Holdiman has been additionally affiliated the Spokane County Bar Association, the King County Bar Association and the Society for Human Resources Management. She was also active as a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section and the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Administrative Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association. Beyond her primary professional responsibilities, Ms. Holdiman has also dedicated her time and resources to volunteer tax appeal work.

Noted as the first in her family to pursue a collegiate and legal education, she is confident in her abilities at her current firm, as she firmly believes that she is a better practitioner because of her expertise and capability in her role. Looking toward the future, Ms. Holdiman hopes to advance with Littler Mendelson PC or open her own practice while helping to build upon the stellar legacy of her family.
