Moreover, Mr. Oneglia was active as the chairman of the negotiating committee for the Laborers, Operating Engineers, Teamsters and Carpenters for more than 30 years.
A family-owned business, O&G Industries Inc. was established by Mr. Oneglia's grandfather in 1923. Prior to embarking upon his professional path, he pursued an education at Union College in Schenectady, New York, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1970. From 1970 to 1976, Mr. Oneglia was enlisted in the United States Army National Guard. In April of 2019 he completed the FBI Citizens Academy program.
As a further testament to his success and longevity in the field, Mr. Oneglia was inducted into the National Academy of Construction in 2016. Additionally, he was presented with the Moles Member Award in 2015. Among his numerous achievements, Mr. Oneglia considers the greatest highlight of his career to have been maintaining a loyal, hard-working team.
