Having witnessed the damage that is still being done to such natural wonders, Ms. Forrest founded Coralee Swimwear in 2020, a zero-waste swimwear line featuring pieces made from recycled ocean plastics. For each swimsuit sold, the company pledges to plant a new coral in the ocean, and provide the customer with the GPS coordinates of its location.
Over the years, Ms. Forrest attributes her professional success to her parents, who taught her the importance of education and hard work. In the coming years, she plans to continue growing the scope of her swimwear company in efforts to contribute toward the healing of the ocean.
