Established in 1981, CPI has become one of the largest locally owned commercial real estate firms in the Phoenix metro area, currently making up approximately 22 million square feet of space for sale or lease, and over 13 million square feet under property management.
Joining the team in 2009, Mr. Ruddle became a junior partner just three years after his initial hiring, and is responsible for all the daily operations and financial resources of the company, from leading human resources and overseeing the information technology aspects to various other facets of the business that support its mission. He also serves with CPI's public-facing group, which has taught him a great deal about his leadership skills and ability to make a difference. Fortunate to have two exceptional business partners who share the same ideas and values, Mr. Ruddle takes great pride in knowing that CPI treats all their employees and clients with respect, honesty and integrity.
Mr. Ruddle is notably the former vice president of finance, director of corporate finance, and the controller for Cole Investment Advisors and Cole Companies Inc. Having been a key contributor in over $500 million in real estate transactions, he learned an extensive amount about the industry. Mr. Ruddle was also employed with VIAD Corp as a real estate accountant and representative and Dial Corp as a special projects' controller and real estate accountant in its corporate real estate division. Additionally, he served as a division controller for OmniFlight/Native Air.
Mr. Ruddle has lived in the Phoenix area for most of his adult life and has been married to an amazing award winning actress for almost 20 years. He studied locally at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in finance, with an emphasis in accounting and information technology, in 1994.
