BALTIMORE, MD, October 09, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- TREU, a fast-growing tech-savvy Columbia MD property management company, is pleased to announce the recent completion of an advanced training program for its in-house staff. The hybrid event, conducted partly online and partly in-person, was the 4th in a series of courses with graduated levels of complexity, and marked the culmination of TREU's first round of upgrading and re-skilling its employees.
Speaking at a media event at the company's headquarters, 6751 Columbia Gateway Dr. #300, Columbia, MD 21046, company Founder and CEO, Allan Meseroll, explained the reasons behind making this investment in the workforce:
"Unlike some of our peers in the business, we are committed to the foundations of trust and loyalty to our customers. And that trust only shines through when our customers see us as subject matter experts. This training initiative built upon the already strong foundation of expertise and experience our team already has."
Allan stressed the fact that, when property management professionals struggle to use the tools, technologies, processes, and procedures they work with daily, it often sends a wrong message to clients – whether they are members of a home owner's association, residents, property investors or other stakeholders:
"Our objective is to deliver the highest quality in property management in Columbia MD. And we believe our staff, be they front-line professionals or back-office support technicians, are instrumental in delivering to that expectation. This course will lead to a better user experience all around."
Walking event participants through some of the details of the 4-part course, senior executive Dan Young noted that, among a host of other topics, the training program covered:
- User Interface
- Setup and Administration
- Security and Privacy
- Handling Customer Inquiries
- …and a lot more
"We are committed to maintaining our brand as the best Columbia MD property management service providers through targeted learning and development. That's why we're proactive in enhancing our in-house staff skills with frequent L&D investments."
In his closing remarks, Allan thanked everyone for attending, and congratulated the first batch of learners for their patience and dedication. He promised that there will soon be additional training announcements to follow.
