Delegate Kittleman, one of the most respected members of the Maryland House of Delegates said she knew how to judge a winning candidate and James Tarantin is such a candidate. She praised his well thought out platform that will appeal to all residents in Maryland.
"It is difficult for a Republican to win against a Democrat in Maryland. But I believe we have a rare opportunity right now, and James Tarantin can do it," said Delegate Trent Kittleman.
