Prior to his current position as a System Director, Mr. Francisco maintained involvement as a staff nurse and nurse educator in cardiology. He subsequently transferred to the Integrated Care Management Department in 2014 as a manager. Having initially chosen his profession due to the great need for nurses, Mr. Francisco is most proud to have connected on a personal level with many of his patients.
As part of his civic commitments, Mr. Francisco is affiliated with Welcome Dayton. Established in 2011, the organization supports immigrants that have become community members of Dayton. Providing various services, from access to education and health and social services. Welcome Dayton also encourages economic development and promotes the cultivation of the arts.
Mr. Francisco immigrated to the U.S. from the Philippines in 2006. He has since received a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and Healthcare Systems from Wright State University in Dayton. In 2020, Mr. Francisco was nominated by the Dayton Business Journal for the 40 Under 40 Award in recognition of his success in his field.
