Ms. Hitch excels in supervising all aspects of food and nutrition. She began her career as a retail supervisor and eventually progressed to her current position. Her responsibilities include serving patient meals in a timely manner, scheduling employees, multitasking, managing the cafeteria, and serving food to doctors, nurses and family members of patients. She stays current with the trends in her profession by attending seminars and training programs.

Ms. Hitch earned her Diploma from Easton High School in 1988. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
