NOVI, MI, December 13, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dion Leadership completed its annual leadership coaching study to understand the impact of leadership coaching on executive performance. With 2021 turning out to be another difficult, tumultuous year, leaders were once again put to the test. From the transition to hybrid work arrangements to combatting the Great Resignation, leaders were forced to navigate another year of unchartered territory. After requesting survey responses from 162 recently coached executives, the data clearly showed that coaching programs helped business leaders find new ways to lead.
The data collected indicated that 97% of Dion Leadership coaching program participants reported that as a result of leadership coaching, they are equipped to utilize new behaviors required of them at work.
In a year of unprecedent workplace change, research study participants indicated that the most impactful coaching focus areas were communication and conflict. The behavior ranking is listed below.
Net Promotor Score (NPS) Data
Customer satisfaction is important to all businesses. Dion Leadership's calculated NPS score to the question "How likely are you to recommend leadership coaching to others?" is +72. According to SurveyMonkey's global benchmark data of over 150,000 organizations, the average NPS is +32. For the professional services industry, the average is +43.
