    CARMEL, IN, December 15, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- With a deadline of June 15, 2022, the new Saying STOP to Medical Malpractice Scholarship from Wade Law is available to all incoming and current college and graduate students in the United States.

The scholarship requires applicants to create a short, 30 to 60-second YouTube video on issues surrounding medical malpractice. Entries should be concise, informative, and should address topics like how to protect vulnerable people from medical mistakes. Applicants are also encouraged to include personal stories about how medical malpractice has affected them or someone they know.

Medical malpractice, according to Johns Hopkins Medicine, is a leading cause of death in the U.S. The term can cover anything from surgical mistakes to improperly prescribed medication.

In order to be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be enrolled or accepted at an accredited institution of higher learning, be at least 18 years old, and adhere to the scholarship's terms and conditions.
