Autistic Child Entrepreneur Kroy Richardson Creates Kroy Korn Gourmet Popcorn after Favorite Popcorn Brand Shuttered Due to Covid-19

But when the staple of family Movie Night was missing, child entrepreneur Kroy Richardson was devastated. Diagnosed with Autism in 2019, Richardson struggled at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Missing regular activities like connecting with the "Lunch Bunch" at school and virtual learning became a struggle. The necessary need for consistency motivated Richardson to speak with his mom about creating his own gourmet popcorn, and Kroy Korn was born.

Kroykorn was created to encourage children with disabilities to dream big and never stop dreaming. Kroy often reminds me that his Autism is just a condition but not a restraint. He wants to "live and dream in full color with his Kroykorn," and as his mom, I intend to do just that.
