Mr. Waldron, of Huber, Waldron & Williams in Allentown, Pennsylvania, is a founding partner at his firm. Originally established in 1987 as Huber & Waldron, his firm represents clients in various matters, from criminal defense and business and commercial law to the restaurant and bar industry. Focusing his practice on state and federal white-collar criminal defense, controlled substance matters and homicides. Renowned for his extensive expertise as a criminal defense attorney, some of Mr. Waldron's most recognizable clients have included Robert Durst, George Juno and James Alan Austin.

Mr. Waldron was also featured in the miniseries, "The Jinx," on HBO in 2015.

Mr. Waldron formerly served as an assistant district attorney for the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office in Allentown between 1984 to 1987. It was during these three years that he became inspired to work in criminal defense law, not only because it would provide financial stability, but also because he found great mentorship and advice in the form of his supervisor. In addition to working for Lehigh County, Mr. Waldron subsequently spent four years in the classroom as a part-time instructor of criminal law at Allentown College in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, between 1985 and 1989.

A dedicated community advocate, Mr. Waldron has been active with Truth for Women Inc. in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. A nonprofit organization, it serves as a sanctuary for survivors of sex trafficking. Mr. Waldron has also benefited from membership with several key professional organizations, including the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Lehigh County Bar Association, the Northampton County Bar Association and the criminal law division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is also a past board director of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

An alumnus of LaSalle College, Mr. Waldron earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, with a minor in biology, magna cum laude, in 1978. He subsequently attended Villanova University School of Law, where he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1982. Mr. Waldron has been admitted to practice law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Grateful for the love and support of his parents, Mr. Waldron has learned the value of effective communication, listening skills and responding effectively to the needs of his clients. Consequently, he has served as an inspiration to his own two sons, both of whom are attorneys, and his daughter, who just completed her first year in medical school. An AV-Rated attorney through Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Waldron has also been named as a Philadelphia Magazine Super Lawyers for his contributions to the field.
