NAMPA, ID, December 22, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jerry J. Kidd, Esq. has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Mr. Kidd initially obtained a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and public relations with a minor in English and fine arts from Brigham Young University. He subsequently served as a law apprentice with the practice of Ellison Matthews in Boise, Idaho.
Mr. Kidd's varied career path has included an entertainment law practice in Los Angeles from 1986 to 1991, a co-owner of Sundance Mortgage in Utah from 1983 to 1996 and an insurance agent from 1998 to 2012. He has had success as an entrepreneur as well, founding Raptor Inc. in 1984 and RedRock Ag Products LLC in 2015. In addition, he performed as a tenor with the Utah Opera in Salt Lake City from 1978 to 1994.
Furthermore, Mr. Kidd accepted an opportunity to sing with the Metropolitan Opera in New York. He has additionally authored four books. A prolific artist, his paintings and artwork have been purchased by a Boise synagogue. Likewise, Mr. Kidd's art has been recognized as the Best of Show in the Idaho State Fair.
Mr. Kidd has been incredibly proud of his work with Sundance Mortgage, which he co-founded with his wife. Having needed to raise $1 million to establish the aforementioned business, he was able to raise that amount through stocks in two weeks. Within a year, the couple were able to buy back their assets. According to Mr. Kidd, Sundance was able to originate more mortgages than any other mortgage company in Utah within two years.
Mr. Kidd credits his success largely to his Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), which he believes is one of the reasons why his career has been so diversified and how he has been successful in a lot of different fields. In the coming years, he hopes to own four fuel plants, which is part of his ultimate business goals for RedRock.
