Ms. Scott-Dorsey initially gained valuable professional expertise as an early education provider for Starlight Enterprises Academies Inc. from 1986 through 2010. During this time, she established herself as an entrepreneur, building her multicultural diversity inclusion skills, business intelligence, civic engagement, quality assurance, and more. Backed by her considerable experience, Ms. Scott-Dorsey currently excels as the owner of the KSD Consultant Firm. She mentors young entrepreneurs, leaders, and business owners to help them reach their mission and professional growth and development goals.
An expert in her field, Ms. Scott-Dorsey previously earned an Associate of Science in psychology from the University of Phoenix. She continued her academic efforts with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and communication from Cardinal Stritch University, where she received high honors from the Honor Society for outstanding academics. Ms. Scott-Dorsey is currently pursuing a Master of Science in industrial and organizational psychology.
Effortlessly she is dedicated to the community. Ms. Scott-Dorsey contributed as an elected member of the leadership council with the Democratic National Convention Committee and currently serves on the Mental Health Task Force Steering Committee for Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
In light of her professional excellence, she obtained a People's Choice Award for advocating human exportation in Wisconsin at Cardinal Stritch University. Although her career entrepreneurship compels with highlights, she is incredibly proud of understanding how to transform funding into more than before. In the near future, Ms. Scott-Dorsey's goal is to complete her Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology and open Starlight Elementary School of Humanity and Holistic Wellness Center to establish employment opportunities for others to learn and grow.
