Impruve, LLC Opens Global Headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah

Enterprise reinvention firm focuses on organizations disrupted by major supply chain and human resources challenges resulting from the recent pandemic

All these factors require truly creative thinking and relevant corrective action for firms to remain sustainable in this century

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, January 25, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The executives of Utah-based Impruve, LLC today announced the opening of its global headquarters in Salt Lake City. The company generally focuses on middle-sized organizations of under 1,000 employees and at least US$10 million in annual revenues that have been adversely affected by supply chain and human resources challenges created by the Covid-19 pandemic. "The current global business environment has really forced companies and employees alike to seriously reassess their situation and find solutions for effective change", said Bryan Christiansen who is Impruve's chief executive officer and founder.

"Our company assists target client firms to remedy their situation by reviewing current operations within a global context and reinventing their organizations where possible and necessary. This can include revising target markets, enhancing organizational efficiencies compared to those of competitors, or even suggesting entering a different industry with existing frameworks as we have done successfully in the past," continued Christiansen.

There are numerous credible sources supporting the need for companies to reinvent themselves in an age of disruption. For example, "The Washington Post" recently published a story on the "Great Resignation" of American workers in which over four million workers or approximately three percent of the nation's entire working population quit their jobs in August of 2021. Next, the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) has stressed the pandemic has greatly changed the way in which firms must now manage—and retain—employees, particularly key individuals. Finally, the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company has reported on the global impact of the growing crisis in the supply chain management sphere that has created rapidly rising prices and dwindling supply versus growing demand for products.

Other less-considered but critical factors such as the growing global skills gap, the rapidly aging world population, various geopolitical challenges in Asia and elsewhere, and low Covid-19 vaccination rates—especially in developing countries—have all negatively impacted global economics and trade at least in the mid-term. "All these factors require truly creative thinking and relevant corrective action for firms to remain sustainable in this century," said Christiansen who has published 36 Reference books for university libraries on subjects that resonate with the present worldwide situation.

Impruve's business process with clients begin with a 15-question initial consulting engagement free-of-charge with C-level executives. Depending on the outcome of that engagement, Impruve then develops a recommended project plan to reinvent or enhance current business operations and scope to match both current global and local challenges. "This process has worked well for us and our clients in the past," said Christiansen who has worked with organizations in 40 nations since starting his international business career in 1985. He holds an MBA from Capella University and a BS in Marketing from the University of the State of New York both of which are in the USA. Christiansen is fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish with significant exposure to Russian and Turkish representing some of the nations in which he has operated over the past 35 years.

Impruve will establish offices in Amsterdam, Chicago, Sydney, and Tokyo by 2030.
